We are pleased to announce that Alphavest Capital has been selected by the Mohammed VI Fund for Investment (@FM6i), alongside 13 other management companies, as part of the launch of the thematic and sectoral investment funds.
This selection reflects months of dedicated structuring, rigorous work, and close collaboration with the FM6i teams, whom we sincerely thank for their trust.
Our first fund, MAIC OPCC-RFA, is focused on the development of the Moroccan aerospace sector. It aims to strengthen the presence of Moroccan capital within the local ecosystem, support the growth of national players, and partner with new entrants through greenfield investment projects.
This marks an important step for Alphavest Capital and reinforces our commitment to patient, strategic capital aligned with Morocco’s long-term industrial ambitions.

Casablanca — Alphavest Capital and The Boeing Company have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the creation of aerospace Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Morocco. This initiative aims to enhance the global competitiveness of Morocco’s aerospace industry.
Under the terms of the MoU, Alphavest Capital and Boeing will work together to develop logistics capabilities and establish five COEs focused on:
1 . Engineering in Airplane Transport Systems
2 . Tubes, Ducts, Hoses, and Fittings
3 . Complex Standard Machined Parts and Sheet Metal
4 . Secondary Structures, with a focus on Composite Parts
5 . Metal Processing and Distribution
